Orion Gold Round Cufflinks: The Classic Circle, Made Precious
Round is the shape most people picture for a cufflink: a circle has no corners to snag a sleeve and suits a dinner suit as well as a working shirt. The Orion Gold Round Cufflinks keep that familiar form and have it finished at our Dubai atelier in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum. Check the shirt before you order. Like most cufflinks, the Orion pair needs double cuffs, also called French cuffs: the long cuff folds back on itself, the buttonholes line up, and the toggle passes through and turns to lock. A plain button cuff usually lacks that second hole.
Plated All Over, Front to Back
Each cufflink is plated in full, flat face, curved post and toggle alike, with 5–7 microns of metal that is then polished until the face behaves almost like a small mirror. The reverse of each face is plated too, so the finish looks complete whenever a cuff turns back.
Our photograph shows 24K Gold, with sample lettering on the face. For a warmer, pinker tone, Rose Gold sits beautifully against navy and grey tailoring; Platinum offers a bright white finish for anyone who normally wears silver. The price is unchanged whichever you choose.
