The Process
From Order
to Handover.
Six stages and two payments, and nothing is opened until you have approved a render of your own device.

Timeless plating is the quickest turnaround; Éclat stone setting and the textured collections take longer. The date comes with your render, and if it cannot be met we say so before you commit.

iPhone
iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, the slim iPhone Air and the folding iPhone Duo, all in the seven collections. Earlier Pro and Pro Max generations are quoted on request.
Galaxy S Ultra
Every Galaxy S Series Ultra takes six of the seven collections; stone-set Éclat stays iPhone-only for now. The flat rail and wide camera plateau suit a plated finish.
Galaxy Z Fold & iPhone Duo
Two housings, a hinge and a spine that must still close cleanly. The Galaxy Z Fold and the iPhone Duo are priced as one build, from US$3,790.
Everything else is a single price: Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch (case only) from US$1,390, any iPad at US$3,690, MacBook Air from US$12,090, MacBook Pro from US$12,590, desktop Macs from US$16,190, AirPods Max at US$1,590 and AirPods Pro set with Swarovski crystals at US$690. Metal objects that are not devices belong with gold plating services.

The look. A motif cut across the back: botanical, geometric, a crest or a logo. Signature keeps it flush with the surface; 3D lifts it so you feel it under the thumb.

The look. Gold paired with a second, darker metal tone in bands and panels, so neither reads as a solid block. Offered in Signature and 3D.

Read This
Before You Order.
A refinished device is a different object from the one that went in. These are the terms it comes back under.

Opening the device affects the manufacturer's own warranty. If yours is still under Apple or Samsung coverage, tell us; on some models it changes what we recommend.
Leave the

Every device ships back under a clear protective foil. It is the condition of the two-year cover, and the most common way clients lose that cover is peeling the foil off on day one.

Two routes lead to a gold phone. One is the finished collection; the other is this page, where the GoldPrivé atelier works on your device and hands it back.
iPhone first, then everything else
The iPhone Pro is the reference: Timeless from US$1,690, the collections climbing from there to Astranova. The Pro Max carries about US$100 more for its larger body, the iPhone Air a little less at US$1,190 in Timeless, and the folding iPhone Duo is priced as a foldable from US$3,790. The finished iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, iPhone Air and iPhone Duo collections show each look on the real device.
Samsung on the same bench
The Galaxy S Ultra takes six of the seven collections at prices close to the iPhone Pro, and the Galaxy Z Fold is a two-housing build priced like the Duo. Éclat stone setting is not offered on Samsung.

Signature or 3D
Signature engraves the design flush, so the phone stays slim and quiet in the hand. 3D raises the same design into relief that catches side light and can be felt. Expect US$300–500 between the two; the render shows you both before you decide.
Which stones
Éclat is listed with simulated diamonds. Each tier also exists in a VS1 diamond version, selectable in the configurator at its own price, with identical setting work.
The unseen hours
Gold hides nothing. Any scratch or soft edge left under the finish becomes the brightest point on the phone, which is why most of the time on a commission goes into stripping and polishing before a single micron of metal is applied.
Outside the seven
Initials, a date, a crest, a company mark or a full custom motif can be cut into the back or the rail, and designs that do not fit a collection are developed with the atelier from skins, carbon, metals and stones, then quoted on their own.

Before You Send It In.
Do I have to buy a new phone from you?
No. This page is for the device you already own. It goes into the atelier, is refinished in the metal and collection you choose, and comes back with the same serial number and everything on it untouched.
What does it cost to have my own iPhone finished?
Timeless is US$1,190 (iPhone Air), US$1,690 (iPhone Pro) or US$1,790 (Pro Max). Ultimate and Premium Anodised begin at US$2,390–2,590, the skin, pearl and carbon collections at US$2,690, and Éclat at US$2,790 rising to US$4,490 for Astranova with simulated stones.
Are rose gold and platinum more expensive than 24K gold?
No. Every collection costs the same in all three metals. The price moves with the collection, the Signature or 3D build, and the device.
Which Samsung phones can you take?
Any Galaxy S Series Ultra, in six collections, and any Galaxy Z Fold, which is priced as a foldable from US$3,790 alongside the iPhone Duo. Stone-set Éclat is offered on iPhone only.
Can you finish my watch, iPad or MacBook?
Yes, each at a flat price: Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch cases from US$1,390 with your band going back on, any iPad at US$3,690, MacBook Air from US$12,090, MacBook Pro from US$12,590, AirPods Max at US$1,590 and AirPods Pro with Swarovski crystals at US$690. You will find a section for each of them above.
How do I pay?
Half at the start, by card in the configurator or by bank transfer, cash or USDT, and the other half before the device leaves the atelier. Prices are set in US dollars and the site switches to AED.
How do I get the device to you?
In Dubai, bring it to the Business Bay showroom between 10:00 and 22:00 any day. From abroad, order first, back it up, sign out of Find My, remove the SIM, pack it in a rigid box with the order number inside and send it by DHL Express or an insured equivalent, then email us the tracking number. It returns the same way, insured.
What is the difference between Signature and 3D?
Signature is engraved flush into the surface and stays slim; 3D raises the same design so it catches light from the side and can be felt. The step up is usually US$300–500, and you approve a render of either before work starts.
Real diamonds or simulated?
Both. Every Éclat tier is listed with simulated stones; the VS1 diamond version of each tier is a separate line in the configurator at its own price. The setting work is the same.
Will it still be water-resistant?
No. Once the device has been opened and refinished the maker's rating no longer applies, and on watches it is void. Keep water, sanitiser, perfume and solvents away from the surface.
What does the two-year cover include?
The finish itself, for two years, provided the protective foil stays on. Peel the foil off and the cover ends. Lifetime service support is separate, on +971 600 56 00 34.
Can I add initials or my own design?
Yes. Initials, a date, a crest or a complete motif of your own, engraved on the back or along the rail, and designs outside the seven collections are developed with the atelier and quoted individually.
