Precious metal always reads louder against something dark, which is the entire argument of the Ledger Link Gold Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Each build opens on a factory-fresh, unlocked Galaxy S26 Ultra; the rear glass comes off, a deep-toned panel textured with interlocking hexagons replaces it, and a substantial curb chain is fixed down the right-hand side, running the full height of the back. The chain, the Armor Aluminum frame, the rings around the lenses and the engraved GoldPrivé mark lower on the panel are finished in one metal of your choosing — 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum, laid on at 5 to 7 microns, none dearer than another. The panel behind them is picked separately from Noir, Verdant, Royale Blue, Crimson Red and Rose Fuchsia, again without changing the price.
Jewellery on the Back, Samsung Everywhere Else
Mounting a chain calls for a panel built to carry it, so we make one and fit it where the glass used to be; the frame with its buttons and the lens rings are plated to agree. Everything that makes the phone a phone is beyond our reach by design. The 6.9-inch screen, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor, the 200MP camera system, the S Pen and the battery stay inside a case we never open.
You will notice no difference in Galaxy AI, in 5G or eSIM behaviour, or in how Samsung’s updates reach the handset. What you will notice is the back. A plated surface blocks the wireless charging field and the NFC signal that Samsung Wallet uses for tap-to-pay, so this piece charges from the USB‑C cable it ships with, and a card covers the payments.

What is made in the atelier?
The textured panel in your chosen colour, the curb chain mounted along it, and the plating on the Armor Aluminum frame, the buttons and the camera lens rings, all at 5 to 7 microns. Everything under that shell is Samsung’s and stays closed.
Is the handset itself original?
Entirely. It is bought new and unlocked before customisation, and afterwards the 200MP cameras, the built-in S Pen, Galaxy AI, 5G, eSIM and Samsung’s updates all work as they should.
Can it charge wirelessly or use Samsung Wallet?
It cannot do either. A plated back keeps out the charging field and the NFC signal, so a Ledger Link Gold Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra relies on the USB‑C cable and on a card at the counter. The Timeless editions keep Samsung’s own glass and both conveniences.
Is engraving possible alongside the chain?

Which storage sizes and how much RAM?
256GB and 512GB are supplied with 12GB of RAM; 1TB comes with 16GB. Each may be combined with any metal and any of the five panel colours.

Is the warranty or the water rating affected?
Both should be assumed to change. Samsung may view a customised phone as modified for warranty purposes, and a handset with a replaced back is not water resistant. GoldPrivé Care looks after what we have built.
