Sculpted Back, Original Hinge
The lattice belongs to the back plate alone. GoldPrivé never plates or dismantles the frame and hinge of the Apple iPhone Duo, so the fold keeps its factory feel.
You keep the cameras, Apple Pay and USB‑C fast charging. You lose MagSafe and wireless charging, which cannot pass through the metal plate.
Apple’s Numbers Behind the Facets
Atelier’s faceted lattice is sculpted on a replacement back plate while Apple’s foldable carries on unchanged beneath it. The figures that follow match Apple’s published iPhone Duo specifications.
The single row altered by our atelier is charging: a sculpted metal back cannot pass MagSafe or Qi2 power, so use USB‑C. Please keep it away from water: once the back has been exchanged, it is not water resistant.
