The amulet is made as a separate piece of jewellery and secured to a new back panel, while the frame is plated 5 to 7 microns deep in the metal you choose. Displays, cameras, Face ID and the A20 Pro chip are never opened.
One habit changes: with metal across the whole back, MagSafe and Qi2 cannot reach the coil, so the phone charges through its USB‑C port at full speed.
