Legacy Gold iPhone 18 Pro Max: One Logo, Set in Light
The Legacy Gold iPhone 18 Pro Max is the quietest way into diamonds. Its rear panel is plated and mirror-polished in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum, and the only jewellery on it is the Apple logo, filled edge to edge with pavé stones.
That restraint lets a single point of light do the work each time the phone is set down. See how it compares with its bolder siblings in the Éclat collection.
Simulated Brilliance or Natural VS1
You decide the grade: simulated stones, or natural diamonds of VS1 clarity as defined on the GIA clarity scale, where small inclusions are difficult to spot even under magnification. With only the logo to fill, VS1 adds about $300.
The setting lives entirely in the replacement panel, and the frame is plated without drilling. The single functional change is wireless charging, which the plated back rules out.
The Phone Beneath the Diamonds
Stones change the surface, not the specification. These are Apple’s published figures for both models, from its technical specifications.
Once the back is plated and the logo set, wireless charging is off the table and USB‑C handles charging. A jewelled phone is not water resistant, so keep it away from water.
Sparkle You Can Verify
Our setters in Dubai can swap the Apple logo for a company mark or initials in the same pavé technique through the customisation service. Legacy arrives in leather with the Apple literature, a certificate verifying your piece, a USB‑C lead and a 20-watt charger.

Legacy Gold iPhone 18 Pro Max: Diamond FAQs
Where are Legacy’s diamonds?
Only within the Apple logo. The frame, the lenses and the rest of the panel are stone-free.
How do simulated and VS1 stones differ?
Simulated stones reproduce diamond’s sparkle for less; VS1 diamonds are natural, with inclusions that are very hard to see.
What is the VS1 premium on Legacy?
About $300 at every size and capacity.
Can another logo be set in diamonds?
Yes — a company emblem, monogram or initials can take the Apple logo’s place.
Is wireless charging supported?
No. The plated back blocks MagSafe and Qi2; USB‑C charging is unaffected.
What is the Legacy price range?
$ 4,090 with simulated stones up to $ 6,190 for a Pro Max at 2TB with VS1.
Does customisation affect the warranty?
It may. It is also no longer water resistant. GoldPrivé warrants the customised parts and the setting.
Which editions carry more diamonds?
Legacy Bold and Legacy Edge; see the whole Éclat category.
