The Luxury Gold Sennheiser MAT 133 Gooseneck makes it worth seeing: Sennheiser’s MAT 133 B table stand and MZH 3040 gooseneck, plated at our Dubai atelier in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum and taken to a mirror polish. At the tip sits the ME 36, a compact condenser head of the mini-shotgun type with a supercardioid, lobar pickup. That narrow pattern favours the person speaking and reduces the room around them, which is why it is so at home on conference tables and lecterns. The 400 mm gooseneck lets each speaker bring the head to the right height and angle.

Two components carry the finish. The MAT 133 table stand is plated over its whole body and the MZH 3040 gooseneck along its full length, both at 5–7 microns before mirror polishing. Our photographs show 24K Gold; Platinum sits comfortably beside glass and steel, and Rose Gold warms a wood-panelled room.
The black ME 36 head, the electronics and the XLR connections remain as Sennheiser made them. Because the ME 36 is a condenser, it needs 12–48 V phantom power, supplied through the gooseneck from your mixer or conference system; your technician connects it with an ordinary XLR cable, exactly as for any MAT 133. There is no water rating, so keep glasses and carafes at a safe distance.

Dust the stand and gooseneck with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth, and never use abrasive or chemical cleaners on them. To sanitise the head, wipe it gently with the cloth; never soak it. What is plated?
The MAT 133 table stand and the MZH 3040 gooseneck, in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum at 5–7 microns, mirror-finished. The ME 36 head stays black.
Why is the microphone head black?
The ME 36 is left exactly as Sennheiser makes it, so its acoustic design is untouched. The small dark tip also gives the polished neck a crisp, precise end point.
What does the delivery include?
Sennheiser’s stand, gooseneck and ME 36 head exactly as they leave the factory, together with our presentation box and a Certificate of Authenticity.
Can our logo be engraved on it?
Yes. A logo, names, initials or a short message can be engraved on the plated base, subject to feasibility. Send it via our customisation form; your consultant agrees and quotes the design before production begins.
What does it need to work?
A mixer or conference system with a phantom-powered XLR input, supplying anything from 12 to 48 V through the gooseneck. The ME 36, electronics and XLR connections are Sennheiser’s own, so it performs as any MAT 133 set would. It has no water rating; keep liquids away.
