Exotic Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8: Scrollwork Over Crocodile

Old-world ornament on a brand-new shape: the Exotic Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 sets a field of swirling scrollwork above a deep panel of crocodile leather, on the newest and widest of Samsung’s book-style foldables. Each piece starts as a factory-new, unlocked Galaxy Z Fold8. In our Dubai atelier its glass back is replaced by a new panel plated 5–7 microns deep in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum, and the camera surround is finished in the same metal.

The upper third of the back is filled with baroque curls and leaves, wrapping around the tall pill of the camera surround. Below, a polished band with small studs sweeps gently across the width, marking where metal gives way to crocodile leather, brown in our renders and framed by a slim metal edge. A plated GoldPrivé plaque closes the design at the foot. All three metals carry the same price, and the frame and hinge are never plated.

Two Textures, One Back

Carved Metal, Living Leather, Original Phone

In close-up the scrollwork shows real relief, petals and tendrils rising from a brighter ground, while the scales of the hide below have the soft gloss of polished leather. Both sit on the replacement back, and that is where our work ends. Samsung’s Armor FlexHinge and Armor Aluminum frame keep their original finish, and the phone is never opened, so the 7.6-inch main screen, 5.5-inch cover screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, the two 50MP rear cameras and the 4,800mAh battery all stay as Samsung assembled them.

Galaxy AI, 5G, eSIM and Samsung’s security updates, due until 31 July 2033, are all unaffected. Wireless charging and Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay are a different matter: with leather and metal sharing the back, whether they work depends on the exact configuration of your piece, so a consultant confirms it before you order. Wired charging over USB‑C, up to 25W, works on every build.

Treat the wireless charging line with care: on Exotic Royal it depends on the configuration, and your consultant confirms it before ordering; the USB‑C cable always works. Samsung’s IP48 rating applies to the factory phone only, and leather especially should be kept away from water. For the metal, see our gold-finish care guide.

Signed at the Foot

Personalising the Exotic Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8

With scrollwork filling the top and hide below, the plaque at the base is the natural home for initials or a meaningful date. Send your idea through our personalisation service; a consultant checks what the plaque can carry and confirms the layout with you before any metal is worked.

Exotic Royal is delivered in a GoldPrivé leather presentation box with gift bag, with Samsung’s documentation, a USB‑C cable, a 20W power adapter and an authenticity certificate to confirm on our verification page. Prefer the larger screen? See the Fold8 Ultra edition. The adapter comes with every phone we supply; a phone you send us for customisation is returned without one.

Exotic Royal, Explained

Exotic Royal: What Clients Ask

What exactly is customised?

The glass back is replaced by a new panel that is plated 5 to 7 microns deep, engraved with scrollwork at the top and inlaid with crocodile leather below; the camera surround is finished to match. The frame, the hinge, both screens and the internals are untouched.

Is it built on a genuine Galaxy Z Fold8?

Yes. Every Exotic Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 begins as a factory-new, unlocked handset and is customised by hand in our Dubai atelier, with Samsung’s software and cameras unchanged.

Does wireless charging or Samsung Wallet work?

It depends on the configuration. Some builds of this design support wireless charging and Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay and some do not, so a consultant confirms yours before the order is placed. USB‑C charging is always available.

Can it be used near water?

Please do not. IP48 is Samsung’s rating for the unmodified phone; a customised piece, especially one with leather, should be kept dry.

What storage is offered, and at what price?

256GB and 512GB with 12GB of RAM, or 1TB with 16GB, from $ 4,690 up to $ 5,290. The price follows storage; 24K Gold, Rose Gold and Platinum all cost the same.

What warranty do I receive?

If you buy the phone from us, the device is covered for 1 year and our customisation for 2 years under GoldPrivé Care.

Can I provide my own Galaxy Z Fold8?

Yes. Send us your phone and pay only for the customisation; shipping and customs both ways are at your cost.

How does it compare with the other Exotic Skin designs?

Exotic Royal is the ornate one. Wild Elegance Victory frames black crocodile between textured chevrons, Wild Elegance Link pairs leather with a chain, and Braid brings a woven motif. See them together in the Exotic Skin Z Fold8 category.
