Of the four Timeless commissions, a Cobalt Violet Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Gold Frame is the only one with real pigment in it. Samsung finishes this Galaxy S26 Ultra in a violet that shifts between blue and purple with the light, and we have no wish to improve on it, so the glass is kept and the colour left to speak. Rose Gold, 24K Gold or Platinum is worked by hand onto the Armor Aluminum frame and the rings around the lenses, five to seven microns thick. It belongs to Timeless, the opening tier of our gold Galaxy S26 Ultra collection.

Deep colour and precious metal are an old pairing in jewellery, and the logic holds at this scale. Rose Gold sits closest to the violet and warms it; 24K Gold lifts it towards evening; Platinum keeps everything cool and lets the pigment do the work. Samsung’s wordmark remains on the glass. A Cobalt Violet Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Gold Frame is not rebuilt, only refined. No substitute panel is made, the violet glass and the camera housing behind it stay as Samsung shipped them, and the wordmark is left in place; the frame and the lens rings are the whole of our territory. Behind that, everything is Samsung’s: the 6.9-inch screen, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor, the 200MP cameras and the battery, along with Galaxy AI, 5G, eSIM and each software release.

The reward for such a light touch is that nothing stops working. Power still crosses the glass from a charging pad, and the NFC signal Samsung Wallet uses is not blocked by anything we have applied, so tap-to-pay at the counter is unchanged. USB‑C charging remains the faster alternative.

What gets plated, and what does not?

Plated: the Armor Aluminum frame and the rings around the lenses, at five to seven microns. Not plated: the violet glass, the camera housing, the wordmark and every component inside the phone.

Is the base phone genuine?

Entirely. It arrives here new, unlocked and in Samsung’s Cobalt Violet, and leaves as the same phone with two details refinished. The S Pen, the cameras, Galaxy AI and Samsung’s updates are unaffected by our work.

Do wireless charging and Samsung Wallet survive?

They do. Nothing metallic covers the back of a Cobalt Violet Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Gold Frame, so charging pads and tap-to-pay behave normally. Only our fully plated designs, Prestige Gold among them, give those up.
