It starts as Apple’s current Magic Mouse with USB-C. It connects over Bluetooth, runs on a built-in rechargeable battery and charges through its USB-C port, while the white Multi-Touch surface responds to your gestures exactly as before. It pairs with any gold Mac in our collection.
Where the Metal Sits, and Where It Does Not
We plate only the base, meaning the aluminium underside and the slim edge running round it, to 5–7 microns, then polish it to a mirror. The white top and the Apple logo on it belong to Apple and are never coated, so the surface under your fingers feels as it always has. The photographs are 24K Gold; Rose Gold and Platinum commissions share the same form.
Nothing inside changes. Tracking sensor, Multi-Touch surface, battery and charging port are Apple’s and work as designed. The metal base can shorten Bluetooth range a little; if the mouse will sit some way from its Mac, mention that to your consultant before you commit.

The base can take a name, initials, a short message or a logo. It is a small surface, so every request is checked for feasibility and agreed with your consultant through our personalisation page before work starts. Stones are not set on the mouse.
It comes with a certificate of authenticity, which you can confirm on our verification page, and Apple’s USB-C cable. A 50% deposit or the whole amount begins the commission; it is made to order, and your consultant confirms metal, engraving, production and insured delivery. Once production has started, the commission is final.
