Glacier Gold Apple Watch Ultra 4: Cool Blue Against Warm Metal
Of all our Ultras, the Glacier Gold Apple Watch Ultra 4 feels most like summer. It begins as a factory-new Apple Watch Ultra 4, whose Grade 5 titanium case our Dubai atelier finishes by hand in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum before fitting it to Apple’s own Ocean Band in a pale ice blue, the shade of meltwater. It is one of three Ocean Band pairings in our gold Apple Watch Ultra 4 collection, and the lightest in mood.
Its appeal lies in contrast: warm metal beside a cool colour, so the case looks richer and the blue fresher. In Platinum the watch turns crisp and wintry, true to its name; Rose Gold gives it a gentler, almost pastel feel. Clients reach for Glacier in resort weeks and long Gulf summers, when a black strap feels heavy and a bracelet too formal.
Metal Where It Shows, Apple Where It Counts
Our craftsmen lay 5–7 microns of your chosen metal over the titanium case and its three controls: the Digital Crown, the side button and the Action button. The band stays exactly as Apple made it, in high-performance fluoroelastomer; only its buckle and loop are plated, so the colour of the case reappears on the strap. The flat sapphire crystal, the display, the S11 chip, the sensors and the battery are never opened, and the sensor back keeps its dark Apple finish.
That untreated back lets Glacier charge on Apple’s magnetic fast charger like any Ultra 4, while heart and blood oxygen readings, the compass and watchOS updates carry on as normal. Apple shaped the Ocean Band as a ribbed tube that stretches slightly for a secure hold. You set the length yourself at the buckle, so there is nothing for a consultant to resize.
The Apple Numbers Beneath Glacier

Apple designed the Ocean Band for water sports, but once customised the Ultra 4 is not water resistant and must not be taken diving. After customisation it is not water resistant, so please do not dive, swim or shower with Glacier: wear it beside the water, never in it. What exactly is plated on Glacier?
The case, the Digital Crown, the side button and the Action button, at 5 to 7 microns, together with the band’s buckle and loop. The blue band itself is Apple’s fluoroelastomer, and the crystal, display and sensor back are left as Apple made them.
Is it a real Apple Watch Ultra 4?
Yes. We start from a factory-new Ultra 4 and customise only its exterior, so the S11 chip, the 3000-nit Always-On Retina display and the health sensors behave as on any Ultra 4, with up to 50 hours of battery life.
How does Glacier charge?
On the Apple magnetic fast-charging cable in the box. The sensor back is not plated, so the charger attaches normally, and Apple quotes about 45 minutes to reach 80%.

No. Apple built the Ocean Band for water sports, but this customised watch should not be used for diving, swimming or showering, because it is no longer water resistant.
