Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra — 24K Gold / Rose Gold / Platinum
Price range: $ 7,580 through $ 8,010
Royal places a generous field of genuine mother of pearl beneath a band of baroque scrollwork cut into plated metal, closing on a GoldPrivé plaque at the base.
Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Engraved and Iridescent
The Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra puts two kinds of light on one panel: engraved metal above, shell below. The phone underneath is a factory-new, unlocked Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. In Dubai its rear glass is replaced by a panel that holds the design and takes 5–7 microns of 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum, as does the camera surround; the frame and hinge are never plated. Royal belongs to the Pearl Edition of our Z Fold8 Ultra collection.
Across the top, baroque scrollwork is cut deeply around the triple-lens surround. Small fixings mark the boundary, and below them a generous field of genuine mother of pearl fills the panel, closing on a plated GoldPrivé plaque. Every sheet of nacre is cut from a natural shell, so the iridescence lands differently each time. The metals are priced alike.
Engraving and Nacre on Samsung’s Own Engineering
Only the outside is reworked. The scrollwork and the shell live on the replacement panel, and the camera surround is finished to match; the frame and hinge never receive plating, so the fold keeps the movement Samsung gave it. Neither display is removed, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor, the 200MP camera system and the battery are left sealed.
The result is a phone that updates, connects and photographs like any other, Galaxy AI, 5G and eSIM included. The exceptions are wireless charging and Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay, which some configurations of this design support and some do not; a consultant confirms the answer for your build before the order is written. USB‑C charging applies without exception.
Samsung Hardware Below the Engraving
Royal is a genuine Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra beneath its panel, so the table below carries figures published by Samsung Gulf rather than anything we have measured. Samsung sets out the rest on its Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra specifications page.
The wireless line is the one to query, since it turns on the configuration and a consultant clears it with you before ordering, while the cable answers in every case. Finished in shell and engraved metal, this foldable is not water resistant and must be kept away from water. Our guide to caring for a gold finish explains what daily care involves.
The Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Boxed
Scrollwork occupies most of the metal, yet a date or a set of initials can still be placed on the plaque at the base. Propose it through our personalisation service, and a consultant will say what the engraver can do before the panel is committed.
Your commission arrives in a GoldPrivé leather presentation box with a gift bag, together with Samsung’s original documentation, a USB‑C cable, a 20W power adapter and an authenticity certificate registered on our verification page. If the choice of foldable is still open, try Z Fold8 against Z Fold8 Ultra.

Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra: Client Questions
Which surfaces are worked on?
Two. A replacement panel carries the scroll engraving and the shell and is plated 5 to 7 microns deep, and the camera surround is finished to match. The frame and hinge are never plated, and the displays, processor, camera system and battery are left exactly as Samsung supplied them.
Is a factory Samsung used?
Always. Royal is built on a factory-new, unlocked Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and completed by hand in our Dubai atelier, so Galaxy AI, the cameras and Samsung’s updates arrive with it untouched.
Will wireless charging and tap-to-pay work?
Some configurations keep them and some do not. A consultant checks wireless charging and Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay against the exact Royal Gold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra you want and confirms before the order. The USB‑C cable charges it in all circumstances.
Can it be engraved?
Within limits, yes: the plaque at the base can take a date or initials, while the shell is left alone. Propose your wording on our customisation page and a consultant will reply with what is possible.
What storage can I order?
Three sizes — 256GB, 512GB and 1TB — with 12GB of RAM on the first two and 16GB on the last.
What does Royal cost?
Pricing starts at $ 7,580 for 256GB and ends at $ 8,010 for 1TB, the same in each of the three metals.
How do the warranty and water resistance stand?
Samsung may consider a customised handset modified, which can affect the manufacturer warranty, and the phone is no longer water resistant once the panel has been replaced. GoldPrivé Care covers what we have made.
How does Royal compare with the other shell designs?
Royal is the engraved one. Regal Victory pinches a pearl band between textured chevrons, Regal adds a chain to an almost complete pearl back and Pearl Knot places a ribbon next to a woven lattice. For the same arrangement in hide, look at Exotic Royal. They gather in the Pearl Edition category.
