Plating reaches every part of the set: the whole ball, down into each dimple, and the whole tee from cup to point. Both carry 5–7 microns of metal, polished until the dimples throw back light like tiny mirrors. No original finish survives anywhere, and since the metal coat changes the ball’s cover, the pair belongs on show rather than in play.
