The Regent Gold Apple Watch Series 12 is how a jeweller would finish Apple’s everyday watch. Our Dubai atelier takes a factory-new, aluminium Apple Watch Series 12, lays 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum 5–7 microns deep across the case, and joins it to a bracelet of wide links in that same metal. Regent anchors our gold Apple Watch Series 12 collection, where fifteen straps and bracelets share one plated case.
The links are broad, flat and mirror-polished, laid edge to edge so the band behaves like a single band of light rather than a chain. That continuity is the point: nothing on the wrist is a different colour or a different metal. It suits a client who wants a gold watch in the traditional sense, worn with a suit on Monday and a linen shirt on Saturday.
Plated Outside, Apple Within
We work only on the surfaces you see. The aluminium case, the Digital Crown and the side button receive the plating, and the Regent bracelet is finished link by link in the metal you choose. Apple’s display, S11 chip, sensors and battery are never opened or altered, and the sensor back beneath the case keeps its original Apple finish.
Because that back is untouched, Apple’s magnetic charger seats against it exactly as intended, and ECG readings, sleep score, workouts and every watchOS update carry on just as on an unmodified Series 12. A fold-over clasp closes beneath the wrist; your GoldPrivé consultant can have links removed so the bracelet fits before it leaves the atelier.
The Apple Figures Behind Regent
Regent is a genuine Apple Watch Series 12, so these are Apple’s published figures for the aluminium model. We omit weight, since plating adds a small amount. Every remaining detail is on Apple’s own spec page for Series 12.

Which parts of Regent are plated?
Case, crown and side button carry 5 to 7 microns of 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum, and the bracelet repeats that metal in each of its links. Screen and sensor back stay untouched, as Apple built them.
Is the watch a genuine Apple Watch Series 12?
Yes. Each commission begins with a factory-new aluminium Series 12, finished by hand at our Dubai atelier. The S11 chip, the heart and blood oxygen sensors and watchOS work as Apple designed them.
Will Apple’s magnetic charger still work?
It will. We never plate the sensor back, so the magnetic fast-charging cable included with the watch clicks into place and charges in the usual way, reaching 80% in about 30 minutes by Apple’s figures.
Can Regent be engraved?
Yes. Share your wording on our engraving page, and your GoldPrivé consultant will confirm the layout and position with you before work starts.
Which case sizes can I choose?
Regent is made with the 42mm or the 46mm Series 12 case, in all three metals. The bracelet is shortened link by link to fit you before delivery.

How are the warranty and water resistance affected?
